A small selected group spends twelve weeks working on live engagements instead of exercises. Residents research, build, facilitate and report on real programs with real institutional clients attached, supervised the whole way. It is the format that produced the people currently running Shipin's own delivery. Institutions buy it when what they need afterwards is capable people on the ground, not a certificate ceremony.

Nobody starts anything because a slide told them to. The long-form program is built as modules, and the first ones aren't about business at all. They're about seeing that building is normal, that failing in public is survivable, and that the people doing it are not a different species. Only once that culture is in the room do we get into real customers, real products and real money. For some that becomes a company. More often it's a small business, a service, or a skill someone finally learned to package, put online and charge for. Institutions pick how far down the module list they want to go.
